AGREEMENT TO TERMS
These Terms of Use constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity (“you”) and Bytes of Intelligence (“Company“, “we”, “us”, or “our”), concerning your access to and use of the http://www.bytesofintelligence.co.uk website.
The Site provides an online marketplace for the following products, and/or services: Digital Educational Revision Guides and Courses. In order to help make the Site a secure environment for the purchase and sale of Marketplace Offerings, all users are required to accept and comply with these Terms of Use. You agree that by accessing the Site and/or the Marketplace Offerings, you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all of these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms of use, please kindly do not continue with your purchase today.
REFUNDS POLICY
Due to the nature of the digital revision guides, all paid services/products are final and non-refundable, since the user has begun using the digital content.
DISTRIBUTION RULES and CONTENT PROTECTION
The information provided on any revision guide and/or course is not permitted for distribution to anyone other than the user who purchased the guides. The revision guides must not be distributed, unless otherwise agreed with Bytes of Intelligence.
Accordingly, each revision guide has a Document Open Password that needs to be used each time the file is opened (and will be sent to the user after the payment is complete). You agree to keep your password confidential.
Furthermore, revision guides contain a printing restriction, unless otherwise agreed with Bytes of Intelligence. Due to the nature of the digital products, printing allows users to distribute the revision guides without content protection, and thus it is restricted by default.
As a user of the Site, you agree not to: send your Document Open Password OR login to any other user.
PURCHASES AND PAYMENT
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases of the Marketplace Offerings made via Bytes of Intelligence. You further agree to promptly update account and payment information, including email address, payment method, and payment card expiration date, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed. Prices may change at any time. All payments shall be in Pound.
PRIVACY POLICY

By using the Site or the Marketplace Offerings, you agree to be bound by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms of Use. Please be advised the Site and the Marketplace Offerings are hosted in the United Kingdom.
TERM AND TERMINATION
These Terms of Use shall remain in full force and effect while you use Bytes of Intelligence and its products/services.
MODIFICATIONS AND INTERRUPTIONS
We reserve the right to change, modify, or remove the contents of the Site at any time or for any reason at our sole discretion without notice.
GOVERNING LAW
These conditions are governed by and interpreted following the laws of the United Kingdom.
ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATIONS
Visiting the Site, sending us emails, and completing online forms constitute electronic communications. You consent to receive electronic communications, and you agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures, and other communications we provide to you electronically, via email and on the Site, satisfy any legal requirement that such communication be in writing.
